The March 2019 Americas Region Success Trip will bring the entire region together on the Royal Caribbean Freedom of the Seas ship! This cruise ship will sail the crystal clear blue waters of the Southern Caribbean Sea as it makes it way from the port in San Juan, Puerto Rico down to the Netherlands Antilles of Curaçao and Aruba before heading up to St. Kitts and the US Virgin Island of St. Thomas.
Beaches, ocean activities, city tours, and many other excursions await you on land at each port alongside the countless activities available to you on the luxurious Freedom of the Seas !

How to Qualify
- Be a Brand Representative
- Earn Success Points
You may qualify for the Success Trip by accumulating Success Points during the six-month qualification period – January-June or July-December. Earn Success Points (SP) each month during the qualification period.
Success Points are linked to your sales volume and the sales volume of your sales team. This means that Success Points may be earned as you (1) share the product with others, and (2) build your consumer group and teach, train, develop, and mentor other sales leaders in your sales organization.
Two ways to earn Success Points:
Volume Success Points – Earn 1 Point for each 500 personal Group Sales Volume.
And
Leadership Success Points –
- A. Earn Leadership Points – based on the PIN Titles of your G1 Brand Representative s** with at least 4 Building Blocks (2,000 GSV), who also meet the minimum Total Organization Volume (TOV†) requirement.
- B. Earn Leadership Team Bonus Points – 10 bonus points will be awarded if the G1 meets the Leadership Team requirements with a minimum of 30,000 Leadership Team Sales Volume (LTSV) during a calendar month.

** Any first-generation Brand Representative that uses Flex Blocks during the qualification will not contribute toward Leadership Success Points during that month since they did not meet the 4 Building Block requirement. However, if they are a Leadership Team the Leadership Team bonus points may still be awarded.
† Total Organizational Volume (TOV) is the sum of your own GSV and the GSV of your breakaway Brand Representatives G1-G6.

Success Trip V* | +100 |
* Each time you attend a Success Trip, your target will increase. Every time you reach the new target during a qualification period, you can earn another Success Trip. There is no limit to the number of trips you can earn (only one trip may be earned during each qualification period). Keep growing your business and keep attending!
