What you will do
     a. Sponsor a new Brand Affiliate during the month
     b. Help the new Brand Affiliate accomplish at least ONE of these action items
         1. Brand Affiliate makes a personal purchase
         2. Brand Affiliate makes a sale to a retail, preferred customer or to another Brand Affiliate

Terms and Conditions 

1. This incentive is for Brand Affiliates or higher, for accounts for the United States and Canada markets.  Only new Brand Affiliate accounts in the Americas region are eligible for this incentive. 

2. Sales made to personally sponsored retail customers and preferred customers (members), or to another Brand Affiliate count from March 1, 2025, at 12:01 AM (MST) to March 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM (MST).

3. Free item will be issued as a Promo Code for its value. When placing an order, use code to cover the value of the free item. The Promo Code can only be used on one-time orders.  Promo Code will have an expiration date of 60 days (about 2 months) after the date is issued. Promo Codes will be issued around the 15th of the following month.

4. There is a limit of two (2) free items per account.

5. The value of the reward may be considered taxable income to the participants, and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the qualified Brand Affiliate.  Shipping charges may apply when the reward is redeemed. 

6. No bonuses are paid for recruiting. All bonuses are paid only when products are sold.

7. The definition of an active Brand Affiliate for this incentive is a product sale made to a Brand Affiliate’s retail or preferred customer, or a sale made to another Brand Affiliate.

8. Eligible sale items are those items with a Sales Volume (SV) value greater than one.

9. No cash consideration will be paid in place of the reward item. The reward item may not be returned for cash or credit. This promotion is non-transferable. The Brand Affiliate shall not use the value of the free product as income claims in promotion of the business opportunity.

10. You are not required to purchase any products to participate in this promotion or sign up as a new Brand Affiliate as part of the qualification process. All product purchases are optional.

11. BRAND AFFILIATES DO NOT HAVE SPECIFIC INVENTORY REQUIREMENT. YOU MUST USE YOUR OWN JUDGMENT IN DETERMINING INVENTORY NEEDS BASED UPON REASONABLE PROJECTED RETAIL SALES, THE AMOUNT OF PRODUCTS CONSUMED IN PRODUCT DEMONSTRATIONS, AND PERSONAL USE. 12. Any Brand Affiliate who violates the terms and conditions of the Brand Affiliate Agreement, Policies and Procedures, Sales Performance Plan at any time during this Promotion may be deemed ineligible to participate in the Promotion or receive the reward.

13. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal/state/local laws and regulations. Nu Skin reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value.

14. The Company reserves the right to audit and assess the validity of your performance under this incentive. Any account that was established in violation of the Agreement, including any Account that was established to manipulate this Incentive or the Sales Performance Plan, will be considered invalid, and may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to forfeiting the reward.

15. By Participating, Brand Affiliates release and hold harmless Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or receipt or use of any award.
