Q4: October 1 to December 31st, 2024 (Last month of maintenance for new Brand Representatives will be January 2025) 


Eligibility: Brand Affiliates who have achieved Brand Representative Status for the first time since joining Nu Skin and maintain their first full month of qualifications with 2,000 Group Sales Volume (GSV) during the incentive period.


What to do: Reach 1,000 of Direct Customer Sales Volume (DCSV) from the 2,000 total Group Sales Volume (GSV) to maintain Brand Representative status, following your mid-month advancement to Brand Representative or during your first full month as a Brand Representative, during the qualification period.

Terms and Conditions:

1. This incentive is only for Brand Affiliates or higher, who have accounts in the United States or Canada.

 

2. Brand Representatives that complete their full month of qualification AND have at least 1,000 DCSV are eligible. Direct Customer Sales Volume consists of sales made to personally sponsored customers and members. Drop Ship orders will count if ordered properly, as stated in the Velocity’s Sales Performance Plan

 

3. Complementary item(s) will be issued as a Promo Code for their value. When placing an order, use the Promo Code to cover the value of the free item.  Promo Codes will have an expiration date of 60 days (about 2 months) after the date is issued. The Promo Codes will be generated around the 15th of the following month during each month of this incentive. For example, July’s qualifiers will receive their Promo Code around or on August 15th. 

 

4. There is a limit of ONE (1) free item per account during this incentive. 

 

5. The value of the reward may be considered taxable income to the participants, and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the qualified Brand Affiliate.  Shipping charges may apply when the reward is redeemed. 

 

6. No bonuses are paid for recruiting. All bonuses are paid only when products are sold. 

 

7. No cash consideration will be paid in place of the reward item. The reward item may not be returned for cash or credit. This incentive is non-transferable. The Brand Affiliate shall not use the value of the free product to make income claims in the promotion of the business opportunity. 

 

8. You are not required to purchase any products to participate in this incentive or sign up as a new Brand Affiliate as part of the qualification process. All product purchases are optional. 

 

9. BRAND AFFILIATES DO NOT HAVE SPECIFIC INVENTORY REQUIREMENT. YOU MUST USE YOUR OWN JUDGMENT IN DETERMINING INVENTORY NEEDS BASED UPON REASONABLE PROJECTED RETAIL SALES, THE AMOUNT OF PRODUCTS CONSUMED IN PRODUCT DEMONSTRATIONS, AND PERSONAL USE. 10. Any Brand Affiliate who violates the terms and conditions of the Brand Affiliate Agreement, Policies and Procedures, Velocity’s Sales Performance Plan at any time during this incentive may be deemed ineligible to participate in the incentive or receive the reward.

 

11. This incentive is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal/state/local laws and regulations. Nu Skin reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value.  

 

12. The Company reserves the right to audit and assess the validity of your performance under this incentive. Any account that was established in violation of the Agreement, including any Account that was established to manipulate this Incentive or the Sales Performance Plan, will be considered invalid, and may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to forfeiting the reward. 

 

13. By Participating in this incentive, Brand Affiliates release and hold harmless Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the incentive or receipt or use of any award.
