At the end of June, I found out that I had qualified for my very first Success Trip, and in that moment a huge weight fell off my shoulders. I cried out of joy, relief, and pride. All those years of work, all the doubts, all the questions like “Do I really deserve this?” and suddenly it was clear: Yes, I deserve it.
In Montenegro, I experienced something that moved me deeply. This company is bigger, warmer, and more family oriented than you could ever imagine. The corporate team knows your name, your story, even when you feel like just a small fish in a big ocean. This appreciation is real.
My most powerful moment was walking into a meeting where an entire hall of people was waiting just to celebrate us for qualifying for our very first Success Trip. The applause, the tears, the energy… it was pure magic. A moment in which I understood that this is community and this is leadership.
The trip taught me an important truth: for me, success is simple. Not easy, but simple. It is about people, relationships, and honest conversations. Not perfection or fancy strategies, but consistency, teamwork, and the basics every single day.
Mentally the hardest part on the way to qualifying was the monthly uncertainty. That inner voice whispering, “Can you really do this? Is it enough? Do you deserve it?” But it was exactly in those phases that I grew. Through discipline, persistence, and showing up even when tired, even in doubt, even when belief was only a tiny spark.
My biggest lesson: Do not complicate things. Let go of what does not serve you and take responsibility every single day.
What I want to say to everyone aiming to qualify for the 2026 Success Trip: Picture yourself having already achieved it. How does it feel? Who do you call first? Who do you take with you as your guest? Hold onto that feeling and work the basics every day.
I returned home full of energy, hugged my children tightly, and made a clear decision: I will walk my path as a mentor without distractions, without detours. Simple, focused, and with heart.
