The nutrient cycle is the process by which the body acquires nutrients
through food consumption or taking supplements.
These nutrients are broken down during catabolism, allowing the body to extract nourishment and
replenish its needs.
Meanwhile, smaller molecules are combined to form larger ones through anabolism,
which provides various benefits to the body.
However, metabolism disorders affect the absorption and
use of nutrients, including carbohydrate, fat, protein, vitamin, and mineral.
